Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients

    • 8 oz package of Philly Cream Cheese
    • 3/4 c heavy whipping cream
    • 1t vanilla
    • 1 T lemon juice
    • 1/2 package of sugar-free lemon Jello
    • crust

Directions

    1. Blend the whipping cream, Jello, juice, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
    2. Add the cream cheese in chunks, beat until smooth.
    3. Refrigerate for about one hour.
