Ingredients
- 8 oz package of Philly Cream Cheese
- 3/4 c heavy whipping cream
- 1t vanilla
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 package of sugar-free lemon Jello
- crust
Directions
- Blend the whipping cream, Jello, juice, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
- Add the cream cheese in chunks, beat until smooth.
- Refrigerate for about one hour.
