Ingredients
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 1/6 c sugar
- 1/6 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 1/4 c flour (mix whole wheat and plain)
- 1 1/4 t baking powder
- 3/8 t salt
- 1 c oatmeal
- 1/2 c coconut
- 1/2 c raisins (or dried cherries)
Directions
- Mix well, form into cookies (they won't melt down).
- Bake at 350 F 10 to 12 mins. Let cool before taking from pan.
