Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 lb mince
  • 3 T oil
  • 1 T mustard
  • 1 T chopped garlic
  • 1 t fresh thyme
  • 2 t salt
  • 1 t pepper

OR

  • 1.5lb mince 
  • 2 T oil
  • 2 t mustard
  • 2 t chopped garlic
  • 2/3 t fresh thyme
  • 1 t salt
  • 2/3 t pepper

Directions

Stir all with a fork. Don’t mush up the meat too much. Press into flat tupperware and freeze.

Notes

For sliders make 12 small balls, then press to flatten a bit.
