Ingredients
- 2 lb mince
- 3 T oil
- 1 T mustard
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 1 t fresh thyme
- 2 t salt
- 1 t pepper
OR
- 1.5lb mince
- 2 T oil
- 2 t mustard
- 2 t chopped garlic
- 2/3 t fresh thyme
- 1 t salt
- 2/3 t pepper
Directions
Stir all with a fork. Don’t mush up the meat too much. Press into flat tupperware and freeze.
Notes
For sliders make 12 small balls, then press to flatten a bit.
