Firecracker Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken in strips
  • 1/2 t Creole seasoning
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/8 t red pepper ground - use cayenne
  • 1 T oil
  • 2 garlics minced
  • 2 T chopped green onion
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1 T fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 T lemon juice

Directions

  1. Prepare chicken
  2. Combine creole, salt and 2 x pepper and sprinkle over chicken
  3. Saute chicken in hot oil in a large skillet for 3 minutes, add garlic and onions and saute 1 minute. Add cream, cook 2 minutes stirring often. Add parsley and lemon and serve.
