Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream & 1/8 c water or 3 fl oz half-and-half
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 1.5 oz shredded cheese (Cheddar, Jack etc.)
- 3 rashers crumbled cooked bacon
Directions
- Combine eggs, cream and water. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour onto a greased 8" (or smaller) pie plate.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 325F or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving or chill and eat cold.
Notes
Can use 1/4 c vegetables instead of bacon
