Pan Fried Pork Chops with Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1/2 c water

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chops with seasoning. Coat with flour and fry in oil until golden brown - 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm.
  2. Add onions and water and saute 10  minutes with cover. 
  3. Return pork chops and simmer 5 minutes.
