Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 1 tsp creole seasoning
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 small onion
- 1/2 c water
Directions
- Sprinkle chops with seasoning. Coat with flour and fry in oil until golden brown - 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm.
- Add onions and water and saute 10 minutes with cover.
- Return pork chops and simmer 5 minutes.
