Ingredients
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Pesto
- Crumbled goat cheese - same volume as pesto
Directions
- Slice the tops off the tomatoes, cut a thin slice from the bottom so it stands up. Scoop out pulp and turn upside down on paper towel to drain.
- Mix pesto and goat cheese.
- Use a plastic bag to make a piping bag and squeeze pesto into tomatoes.
