Ingredients
- 3/4 T butter
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 3/8 c uncooked orzo
- 3/4 c chicken stock
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/8 t freshly pepper
- 1/2 c halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 1/2 T chopped parsley
- 1/2 T chopped dill
Directions
- Melt butter and saute onion 3 minutes.
- Add orzo and cook 2 minutes stirring frequently.
- Stir in salt, pepper and stock and boil.
- Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes until liquid absorbed.
- Let stand 5 minutes, fluff and add tomatoes, parsley and dill.
