Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup chocolate - semi sweet - melted
- Chocolate crumb crust (9 inch)
Directions
- Mix 1/2 cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg and chocolate with whisk until well blended. Pour into crust.
- Whisk remaining cheese, sugar and egg with vanilla. Spoon onto crust. Swirl batters together.
- Bake at 350 F for 40 mins. or until centre is almost set. Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 20 mins. before serving.
