Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients

    • 16 oz cream cheese softened
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 t. vanilla
    • 2 eggs
    • 2/3 cup chocolate - semi sweet - melted
    • Chocolate crumb crust (9 inch)

Directions

    1. Mix 1/2 cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg and chocolate with whisk until well blended. Pour into crust.
    2. Whisk remaining cheese, sugar and egg with vanilla. Spoon onto crust. Swirl batters together.
    3. Bake at 350 F for 40 mins. or until centre is almost set. Cool.
    4. Refrigerate 3 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 20 mins. before serving.
