Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Combine and serve over potatoes with thinly sliced onion.
