Pancakes (Crepes)

Ingredients

    • 1 egg
    • 2 oz flour
    • 3.5 oz milk
    • 1.5 oz water
    • pinch salt
    • 1 T melted butter

Directions

    1. Beat all together.
    2. Butter saute pan and cook small amount of batter on high then turn or toss.
    3. Serve with sugar and lemon juice.
