Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

Crust:
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1 cup pecans/walnuts crushed
Chocolate base:
  • 1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate melted
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 T heavy cream
  • 3 t Splenda
Filling:
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 5 T peanut butter

Directions

    1. Mix crust ingredients and spread on plate. Put in freezer.
    2. Mix chocolate base ingredients and spread on crust. Return to freezer.
    3. Whip filling ingredients and put on top of chocolate. Keep refrigerated.
