Ingredients
- 1/8 cup walnuts
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 t mustard powder
- 1 garlic
- 2 T oil
- 1 tenderloin
- pinch salt and pepper
Directions
- Process walnuts, rosemary, mustard powder and garlic in food processor then add 1 T oil.
- Cut tenderloin in half lengthwise and hammer flat.
- Spread pesto on tenderloin and fold other half over. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake 1 hour at 350.
