Ingredients
- 2 potatoes peeled, cubed and cooked - not falling apart
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 T butter
- 2 servings cooked mince
- 1 spring onion chopped
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/4 c gruyere grated/diced
- 1/4 c cheddar
- pinch crushed red pepper
Directions
- Oven 350 F
- Grease casserole dish with butter and add potatoes and mince
- Saute onion and peppers then add to casserole and combine
- Make sauce with gruyere cheese and pour into casserole
- Top with cheddar and bake 30 to 35 mins
