Chicken Tikka Kebab

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 4 T sour cream
  • 1/2 t cumin
  • 1/2 t coriander
  • 1 t turmeric
  • 1 large garlic
  • 1 t ginger
  • 1/2 t chilli powder
  • 1/2 t salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken to make marinade.
  2. Cut chicken in 1 inch pieces. Add to marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 - 4 hours.
  3. Thread onto skewers. Drizzle with oil.
  4. Broil for 10 - 15 minutes until done. Make sure there is a pan under the skewers to catch the drips and turn during cooking.

  • Can use garlic salt and reduce carbs
