Chicken Tikka Kebab
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast
- 4 T sour cream
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/2 t coriander
- 1 t turmeric
- 1 large garlic
- 1 t ginger
- 1/2 t chilli powder
- 1/2 t salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except chicken to make marinade.
- Cut chicken in 1 inch pieces. Add to marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 - 4 hours.
- Thread onto skewers. Drizzle with oil.
- Broil for 10 - 15 minutes until done. Make sure there is a pan under the skewers to catch the drips and turn during cooking.
