Mushrooms and Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 T oil
  • 4 oz bacon
  • 2 garlics chopped
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 1/2 c white wine
  • dash cayenne
  • 2 t pepper
  • 1 T parsley

Directions

  1. Fry bacon in oil.
  2. Add garlic and mushrooms and stir.
  3. Add wine, salt and pepper and parsley and cook until wine is almost evaporated - 3 to 4 mins.
