Ingredients
- 1 T oil
- 4 oz bacon
- 2 garlics chopped
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1/2 c white wine
- dash cayenne
- 2 t pepper
- 1 T parsley
Directions
- Fry bacon in oil.
- Add garlic and mushrooms and stir.
- Add wine, salt and pepper and parsley and cook until wine is almost evaporated - 3 to 4 mins.
