Ingredients
- 1/2 lb carrots in half lengthwise
- 1 T oil
- 3/4 t butter
- 1 T water
- 1/2 T hoisin
- 3/4 t maple syrup
- 1/8 t salt
Directions
- Heat heavy saute pan. Add oil and butter.
- Add carrots in single layer and cook 5 mins without stirring over medium high.
- Stir and arrange in single layer and cook 5 mins more.
- Combine remaining ingredients and add to pan and cook 1 minute to glaze.
