Dijon Thyme Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 T thyme
  • 1 pork tenderloin 1 lb
  • 1.5 T minced garlic
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 T herb garlic butter
  • 1/4 c dry white wine
  • 1/4 c reduced fat milk
  • 2 t flour

Directions

  1. Cut pork diagonally in 8 1" thick slices.
  2. Combine thyme, mustard, garlic and coat pork.
  3. Heat medium saute pan, add butter and pork. Cook 5 to 6 mins on each side.
  4. Combine flour, milk, wine and add to pork. Cook 2 to 3 mins, stirring, or until thickens.
