Ingredients
- 1 T thyme
- 1 pork tenderloin 1 lb
- 1.5 T minced garlic
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T herb garlic butter
- 1/4 c dry white wine
- 1/4 c reduced fat milk
- 2 t flour
Directions
- Cut pork diagonally in 8 1" thick slices.
- Combine thyme, mustard, garlic and coat pork.
- Heat medium saute pan, add butter and pork. Cook 5 to 6 mins on each side.
- Combine flour, milk, wine and add to pork. Cook 2 to 3 mins, stirring, or until thickens.
