Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1/2 t Creole seasoning
- 1/4 t salt
- 1.4 t pepper
- 1/8 t red pepper ground - use cayenne
- 1 T oil
- 2 garlics minced
- 2 T chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1 T fresh parsley chopped
- 1 T lemon juice
Directions
- Peel shrimp
- Combine creole, salt and 2 x pepper and sprinkle over shrimp
- Saute shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet for 3 minutes, add garlic and onions and saute 1 minute. Add cream, cook 2 minutes stirring often. Add parsley and lemon and serve.
