Ingredients
- 1/2 lb asparagus
- olive oil
- parmesan
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
- lemon to squeeze on when serving
Directions
- Prepare asparagus.
- Place on baking sheet and drizzle with oil, parmesan and minced garlic. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast 25 mins at 400F.
- Squeeze a little lemon on before serving.
