Asparagus Roasted

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb asparagus
  • olive oil
  • parmesan
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon to squeeze on when serving

Directions

  1. Prepare asparagus.
  2. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with oil, parmesan and minced garlic. Toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast 25 mins at 400F.
  5. Squeeze a little lemon on before serving.
