Ingredients
- 1 lb mince
- 1/4 c onion (if use 1/2 c green onion reduce total by 0.4g)
- 1 t tomato puree
- 1 garlic
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t chilli powder
- 1 t onion salt
- pinch coriander
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch all spice
- pinch ginger
- pinch nutmeg
(should be cloves not allspice and should have 1/4 t cardamom)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in food processor.
- Make kebabs on skewars.
- Grill.
