Indian Kebab

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mince
  • 1/4 c onion (if use 1/2 c green onion reduce total by 0.4g)
  • 1 t tomato puree
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 t chilli powder
  • 1 t onion salt
  • pinch coriander
  • pinch cinnamon
  • pinch all spice
  • pinch ginger
  • pinch nutmeg

(should be cloves not allspice and should have 1/4 t cardamom)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Make kebabs on skewars.
  3. Grill.
