Roasted Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 3 garlics minced
  • 1 T rosemary dried
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 lb pork loin
  • 1/8 c oil
  • 1/2 c white wine for gravy - optional

Directions

  1. Make a paste from garlic, rosemary salt and pepper. Pierce meat and rub with paste and oil.
  2. Roast at 350 for 2 hours - test with meat thermometer- 160 inside.
  3. Remove meat and use wine to make gravy in pan.
