Ingredients
- 3 garlics minced
- 1 T rosemary dried
- Salt and pepper
- 2 lb pork loin
- 1/8 c oil
- 1/2 c white wine for gravy - optional
Directions
- Make a paste from garlic, rosemary salt and pepper. Pierce meat and rub with paste and oil.
- Roast at 350 for 2 hours - test with meat thermometer- 160 inside.
- Remove meat and use wine to make gravy in pan.
